  I went in for an oil change and I spoke with Willi, I got there early but they took me in anyways. When he pulled up my info he noticed that I was due for a diagnostic check as well with a tore rotation. I was a little nervous about the cost with the additional work and he explained to me that I can do it later or he can give me a rundown of the overall cost , he gave me an estimate and I agreed to go ahead with the extra test and rotation. I got a call back pretty quickly saying that my car was ready. It was very speedy service! When I arrived back he remembered me by my name and my rundown of cost was extremely accurate! That is a big plus for me because there were no surprises! He was very honest and gave me a full rundown of everythong that was done to my car and made sure I understood everything. I highly recommend Willi for his honest work and great customer service.
  I also got a shuttle drive and my experience with Sheila was amazing. She is a great driver and made sure my entire experience was comfortable, she is very kind and has great customer service. She made me feel like I was not rushed at all, she came to pick me up exactly when she said she would, and she even helped me load and unload my things.
  Overall my experience with Jenner Chevrolet on the old island highway was exceptional!
  I will absolutely come back for my vehicle services in the future.

  Steve in service was excellent to work with. Kept me updated what they were doing to my Malibu, and contacting me as soon as it was ready. I certainly would recommend Steve and the service department at Jenners

  Willi was top notch even making it to work from Duncan on a snow day.. I was there for an oil change, fuel filters and a wheel alignment. New tires the week before so wanted to make sure all was good. They had to replace some steering parts all of which were in stock which you won't find at a regular service shop. Had to leave the truck but they offered a cab. Not needed but the offer was there!! Thanks again to Willi and the service tech's. They know what they're doing.
  It would be nice to see some basic pricing on everyday items listed on the website

  Went in and got my Chev Silverado fixed from a rodent eating some wires. Willy was very helpful and informative. They fixed my truck the same day. Very impressed. Will come back again.

  This is not my first time using Jenner Service, and it will not be my last. The service department is top notch! Willi, my Service Consultant made every effort to ensure that my concerns were dealt with, in a professional, courteous manner. Everything was explained prior to work commencing with no surprises. Again, everything was explained in detail on completion when finalizing. Definitely award winning service!!
