Went to many lots looking for the right SUV. Found the perfect vehicle at the Used Car Centre. I dealt with Dave and Kevin and found this to be a great experience every step of the way. They were very friendly but not pushy. They were patient and addressed everything I needed right away. I took my car to my own mechanic for peace of mind and he agreed this was a great vehicle. There were some minor scratches on one side of the car and I asked if they might be able to buff them out. Dave said he would have it looked at. We had already made the deal and I honestly was expecting this to be "forgotten" about, but to my delight when I picked up my car it was buffed and clean with the scratches gone! I also had the potential for a financing problem which arose at the last minute. I talked with Dave about my issue, thinking I might lose the car. He was incredibly accommodating and was going to work through it with me. Thankfully it was resolved and never became an issue, but he was super. At the end they had an insurance agent at the lot when I went to pick up the car - very efficient and convenient. Thanks guys! Will be back when I need my next car.

Kevin, Leroy and Shawn made my first time buying experience through a dealership SO enjoyable. I walked away with a great car and a good feeling knowing that if I had any issues with it they would take good care of me. Everything was handled so efficiently, there was zero sales pressure, and the whole transaction was much easier than I anticipated. I would highly recommend this sales team!

Excellent customer service from the very beginning to the very end everybody was very helpful, best personal experience at any dealer I have been to, they went Above and beyond all my needs right down to giving me a cargo rack for the back for my dog for free and offered to help look for the rubber mat for the back I highly highly highly recommend if you’re looking for a new vehicle to go visit the guys at used car Centre.

Today was the second time I purchased a used Truck from this dealership. I felt the need to go back after having a very smooth and friendly transaction last fall. Unfortunately the GMC sierra I purchased last fall was written off in an accident, but two lovely gentlemen, Shaun and Mike, were able to meet my needs and put me in a nissan titan today! The truck is fantasy in every way, any concerns I may have had were addressed and dealt with immediately!
