(June 4, 2018, 8:46 pm)Beautiful little park between Shelbourne and Emerson st. Recently it was given some well-deserved TLC from the local community association and city of Victoria. This is one of the two most common bike path walk through from Shelbourne to Richmond that many Jubilee Hospital employees take to work everyday.
