*I wanted to edit my original post to add that I made that review while standing at the counter to pay for my service. The woman working told me I would get 15% off if I gave them a 5 star review, then she wouldn't let me pay until I showed her that I had posted on google. I felt pressured to make the review when I otherwise wouldn't have. Because of this i changed my review to 3 stars just now. I don't think that pressuring your customer to make a 5 star review to get a discount is very ethical.
