The woman working told me I would get 15% off if I gave them a 5 star review, then she wouldn't let me pay until I showed her that I had posted on google. I felt pressured to make the review when I otherwise wouldn't have. Because of this i changed my review to 3 stars just now. I don't think that pressuring your customer to make a 5 star review to get a discount is very ethical.”

“I booked a last minute appointment, they were able to get me in the next day. Had the absolute pleasure of being in Kyle’s chair. Kyle is so warm and welcoming. Kyle listened to what I wanted and was able to give me the haircut I envisioned. Kyle is clearly very knowledgeable on hair cuts/colour and you could tell he knows his craft well. I had a lovely scalp massage while getting my hair washed. Chatting with Kyle while getting my haircut made the experience so much fun and really put me at ease.
