“Styx and Link were surprised by the trip to the vet but handled it well, as well as cats do going to the vets. The doctor was nice and no one got bit. Styx got a shot but didn't feel a thing so yay. Link is a a chonker but says it's all fur. Thanks to the awesome staff and vets there for never pushing for unnecessary vaccines or procedures and making the visits enjoyanle. Styx and Link say thanks and see you in a year when mum gets her income tax again.”

“Everyone here from the veterinarians to the front desk care about the pets. It shows. Their communication is top-notch. They took very good care of my Shiloh, even to the very end (miss you buddy). They are not the most inexpensive option but they are worth the extra. Highly recommended!”

“My 3 dogs have been a patients at Glenview for 5 years now, thus we have gotten to know the practice well. ALL of the staff there are fantastic. I love to see the teamwork and sense of camaraderie amongst the staff. While I can call out a few stars, Vanessa at the front, Dr. Collis and Dr. Jenkins, truly everyone there is wonderful. My dog Lucy is highly anxious and Dr. Jenkins was ever so patient, getting on the floor, moving slowly etc. I have been pleased with their management of my dogs every day care and when there have been emergencies they never let me down. From the moment I call, the people on the phones are knowledgeable and either rush me in or calm me down, depending on how they assess what I have described. The practice is well organized and run and everyone there seems truly invested in the well being of their patients. Thank you for all of your care and attention. ”

“I went here for an immediate appointment for my cat as he would not open his eye. When I called, the receptionist was very warm and friendly, when I got there, all of the front staff were welcoming. The vet was patient and caring. I want to address some of the responses on here about their prices. Now I have not had much experience, only 2 visits. They did cost $8 more for the visit then the vet I regularly went to. But my experience was 100% better, they followed up after the appointment to check on my cat. Then at the follow up appointment I had exactly the same pleasant thank experience! I will happily be paying the little bit of difference for both of my cats. The treatment my kitties and myself are very worth it!”

“This place has been a total gift to our family this month. Our Ava kitty got sick and the staff was incredible! I called on a day that was fully booked and they offered to let me drop her off and have a vet see her as soon as possible between appointments! Dr. Burniston was incredible! He listened and took the time to explain everything in detail. He made it known that he was available to answer any questions we had. He wasn’t put off by our cats tendency to be very grouchy with other people (which I was worried about) The staff has such a friendly manner and there is even a resident cat available for pets and cuddles. The great experience starts at the front of house where the people answering phones, booking appointments, and handling fees are so friendly and so responsive! You can tell that they really love animals and are doing their jobs for the right reasons. We ended up having to put our cat down and the entire process was so dignified and kind. They even gave us an impression of her paws as a beautiful memory. As soon as we get another kitten I know that this will be our vet!”

“We love our vet! The staff here is so friendly. Our cat is not super thrilled coming here, but she does pretty well considering. The vet was very friendly and good at getting our cat to warm up to her, so they really do a good job of minimizing the stress in a normally somewhat stressful situation. One time our cat was very sick (vomiting/diarrhea/not eating for several days) and the vet knew exactly what to do without us even needing to bring our cat in. We just called, went in to get some supplements, and our cat was in much better condition just a few hours later. It was a real relief to be able to depend on them to be so quick like that. Also, we love Nelly, who rescued our cat, and we can't express how thankful we are for the Smile Fund and Nelly's rescue work. She really matched us perfectly with our cat, who is our perfect sidekick and a perfect fit for our family. Thank you so much, Nelly!”

“Very good customer service and food in an unexpected location. Having driven by Amrikkos often, I'd always wanted to stop in some time. When the opportunity to visit presented itself, I was happy to find this place didn't disappoint. The staff were very kind, and the food, especially the lamb, was very tasty. I'd give this a 10/10. Full disclosure: I did a job here and was provided food free-of-charge.”

“We found this vet clinic when our dog had pancreatitis. The staff have always been professional and friendly and Dr. Kwan has always been reasonable and never once has run any unnecessary testing. The clinic was always upfront about what costs would be. I love that we have a vet that we trust and dont have to worry about extra costs that aren't needed.”

“In over 50 years of owning pets I've found Rick to be the best vet I've every taken my pets to. He is professional, knowledgeable, compassionate and attentive. Because of his quick actions and expertise he was able to save the eyesight of one of our dogs. He looks after all of the extended family's pets. His staff is also lovely, personable and professional. I would highly recommend Rick and his staff to anyone who might be looking for a family vet.”

“My fur baby was extremely sick. The staff and Vet took care of him right away. Was turned away from another hospital for them thinking the problem was too small. Turns out he needed immediate care, in which Vic West gave. Thankfully saving my little man. Talking around to other people, this is the best Vet you could take your pet too in the Victoria area, prices are lower and the care is extremely high. The girls kept me informed, asked the right questions. Normally if my little guy is scared or doesn’t like someone, he hides behind me. After all his care, he still ran towards the girls and vet for affection. The pups know!”

“Incredible vet and vet tech. They treated our little guy like he was their own. They also took the time to explain everything and helped put us at ease when we were very anxious about the procedure. We are very grateful to have such a talented surgeon and team where we live!”
