“When I went to visit my grandparents at the St. Charles I was more than impressed with the subtle hospitality that was provided. They have been residences in the independent living program for 8 months now and seem as happy as ever. But there is something to say about my personal experience that I just couldn't keep to myself. First of all, the food is absolutely delicious. Brunch & dinner really hit the spot; a perfect match for my palette! Secondly, the laundry detergent reminded me of back at home.. On the way there my sister spilt a whole tub of mayo on my favourite shirt, and to my surprise the crew at the Manor were more than happy to take care of it for me. I wish I could've stayed longer Grandma and Grandpa, hopefully next time we'll have time to check out the surrounding area. It seems beautiful, and I promise to leave the mayo at home. I can’t express how amazing he is. In my years I have seen many counsellors and therapists, and never have I found one even remotely close to how great he is. Daniel is a no bullshit kind of guy, who tells it how it is. He is extremely intelligent and gets right to the root of the issue. It’s like he can see right through you. I honestly can say that Daniel has saved my marriage, and has been continuing to help us through life’s challenges, in all areas. I am so thankful that I had a friend recommend him to me and I tell everyone about him. He is not overpriced, and when it comes to the quality of care you will not find anyone better. He truly cares.
