Drove down from Parksville to have the cord on a Hunter Douglas blind repaired . They were able to repair it quickly so I could take it home the same day . Very happy with the service and repair from Safron Windows not happy with Hunter Douglas who wouldn't cover the repair cost even though the blind was still under warranty .

I live in Nanaimo and the blinds that were in our house when we moved in were Hunter Douglas. Unfortunately the cord used to lift the blind up broke and went into the blind. I was given the phone number of Saffron Window Fashions. They went out of their way to accommodate me and did the repair on a Saturday morning immediately after I left the blind with them, so that I could drive back to Nanaimo that day. The cost was minimal and the service was excellent.

I recently purchased a condo and needed to replace all of the end caps on the blinds it came with (they were 20 years old and breaking). They were incredibly helpful in sourcing the parts I needed and, not only that, delivered them right to my door in Sidney (saving me a trip to Colwood) because they were coming out to do house calls in the area anyway. Above and beyond service for what amounted to a $23 sale for them.
