We own a vacuum we bought from his store, it will most likely be our last carpet vacuum we will need to buy. -

The next time when we were ready to buy a new vacuum, different salesperson but same time taken to make sure we got what we need. We ended up taking a Sebo Vacuum. Much higher build quality than the Dyson we tried then returned from Canadian Tire. A year later and this thing is amazing! No regrets. I highly recommend this store, their people and theirs products.
