BMW Victoria

Super experience. This was our first luxury car purchase and after a lot of research we decided the 2022 BMW X3 was the one for us. We contacted BMW Victoria as we also needed to trade-in our Mazda and they had the X3 which fit all of our required criteria's (M Sport Package, Red interiors, Premium enhanced package). The purchase of the car was a seamless experience all thanks to Ruben and Adam and the rest of the team. Being from Vancouver mainland, we were bit hesitant about buying the vehicle from the Island as we were not sure how we would do all the paperwork. However, Ruben made it so easy and all the details/agreements were finalized over the phone and email (including the trade-in vehicle details). The website already was updated with accurate pictures of the vehicle and Ruben sent us all the other required details on email. He was patient enough to answer all queries we had (even the stupid and basic ones) and help us out with making the decision. He was nice enough to also reply to my emails over the long weekend when the showroom was shut. On delivery day, we took the ferry to the Island and trust me, we were in and out of the showroom in about a couple of hours. Ruben went through setting up and customizing the profiles for my wife and me, going over the awesome features of the car and again answering all our queries about the different features. Big shout out to the whole team for making this process so simple. This is definitely going to be the first of many BMW's for us and we are glad to be part of the BMW family.

BMW Victoria has provided top notch, excellent service. I was able to get a lot of support over the phone, even before I visited the dealership, and once I was there, I was greeted with a warm welcome. Every step was carefully thought out, easy and fun. I basically bought the car before visiting the island, I live in Burnaby!

In particular, I want to acknowledge Daniel Baker, they are a truly great sales associate. They were very respectful yet friendly, and I cannot stress how dedicated they are to providing a great experience to customers, it's certainly above and beyond the expected behavior.

Post-sale, Daniel continued to be a great ally, patiently answering all my questions.

This is literally the coolest, best and fastest experience I’ve ever had for getting a brand new BMW car in just 2 days. I was very pleased with Ruben Little for his service!! My wife and I purchased a X3 from BMW Victoria. The representative that looked after us was Ruben Little. We could not have asked for anyone better. Ruben went above and beyond in his service to us. He arranged for a test drive on Sunday when the dealership is normally closed. Being from out of town Ruben made sure we were accommodated in every way possible so not to interrupt our plans for returning home. At no time were we pressured in our decisions. We were given time to discuss privately. We had a little bit of a better deal with another dealership but due to the pressure and how we were dealt with we walked out. If you need a new car or newer car we cannot say enough about Ruben. He was truly a breath of fresh air when it comes to purchasing a car,. Ruben is like chatting with an old long time friend you hadn’t seen for a long time. You won’t be disappointed with Ruben’s service! Highly recommended.

10 days ago I had probably the best sales experience I’ve had over the past 35 years with a Victoria BMW sales person, Ruben Little. He was most courteous, professional, and very informed about the vehicle, which made my purchase very seamless. He had a thorough knowledge of the specific vehicle I was looking for and explained everything with great clarity. The whole process was very satisfying. Since the purchase he has reached out to me regularly to ensure but I had no concerns that were not addressed. I would recommend anyone to this sales person without any reservations.
