Purchasing a new car was a great experience. We didn’t buy a $100k vehicle but the experience and presentation of our new vehicle when we arrived sure felt like we had! Charles Scrooby was very knowledgeable and accommodating. We debated over about 6 months on what vehicle we wanted and felt no pressure to buy.

Thanks to Charles we got our first hybrid. Spent the weekend running errands and didn’t use a drop of fuel. Lots of cool new features and many of our old favourites. We recently purchased a Mini JCW Convertible from Charles Scrooby @ Mini Victoria. We were purchasing from out of town and were apprehensive purchasing without physically inspecting the vehicle. Charles spent a lot of time working with us and was very patient while we requested extensive information, pictures and a video conference walk through of the vehicle. Charles arranged shipment of the vehicle at a very reasonable rate. Throughout the process Charles was articulate and understood that we needed an accurate assessment of vehicle aesthetics as well as mechanical condition.
