“Super experience. This was our first luxury car purchase and after a lot of research we decided the 2022 BMW X3 was the one for us. We contacted BMW Victoria as we also needed to trade-in our Mazda and they had the X3 which fit all of our required criteria's (M Sport Package, Red interiors, Premium enhanced package). The purchase of the car was a seamless experience all thanks to Ruben and Adam and the rest of the team. Being from Vancouver mainland, we were bit hesitant about buying the vehicle from the Island as we were not sure how we would do all the paperwork. However, Ruben made it so easy and all the details/agreements were finalized over the phone and email (including the trade-in vehicle details). The website already was updated with accurate pictures of the vehicle and Ruben sent us all the other required details on email. He was patient enough to answer all queries we had (even the stupid and basic ones) and help us out with making the decision. He was nice enough to also reply to my emails over the long weekend when the showroom was shut. On delivery day, we took the ferry to the Island and trust me, we were in and out of the showroom in about a couple of hours. Ruben went through setting up and customizing the profiles for my wife and me, going over the awesome features of the car and again answering all our queries about the different features. Big shout out to the whole team for making this process so simple. This is definitely going to be the first of many BMW's for us and we are glad to be part of the BMW family.”

“Went to many lots looking for the right SUV. Found the perfect vehicle at the Used Car Centre. I dealt with Dave and Kevin and found this to be a great experience every step of the way. They were very friendly but not pushy. They were patient and addressed everything I needed right away. I took my car to my own mechanic for peace of mind and he agreed this was a great vehicle. There were some minor scratches on one side of the car and I asked if they might be able to buff them out. Dave said he would have it looked at. We had already made the deal and I honestly was expecting this to be "forgotten" about, but to my delight when I picked up my car it was buffed and clean with the scratches gone! I also had the potential for a financing problem which arose at the last minute. I talked with Dave about my issue, thinking I might lose the car. He was incredibly accommodating and was going to work through it with me. Thankfully it was resolved and never became an issue, but he was super. At the end they had an insurance agent at the lot when I went to pick up the car - very efficient and convenient. Thanks guys! Will be back when I need my next car.”

When she didn't know something (totally understandable as she was new), she immediately asked a colleague/manager or looked it up --- she didn't try to make things up. Another good attribute was that she didn't "promise" us anything --- she was always accurate in her words, ensuring to us that she would try her best but that she couldn't guarantee a certain outcome -an excellent quality. We had one unfortunate blip about a wireless charging pad but Christina was very empathetic and Scott, the GM, made up for it the best way he could which was appreciated. “I went in for an oil change and I spoke with Willi, I got there early but they took me in anyways. When he pulled up my info he noticed that I was due for a diagnostic check as well with a tore rotation. I was a little nervous about the cost with the additional work and he explained to me that I can do it later or he can give me a rundown of the overall cost , he gave me an estimate and I agreed to go ahead with the extra test and rotation. I got a call back pretty quickly saying that my car was ready. It was very speedy service! When I arrived back he remembered me by my name and my rundown of cost was extremely accurate! That is a big plus for me because there were no surprises! He was very honest and gave me a full rundown of everythong that was done to my car and made sure I understood everything. I highly recommend Willi for his honest work and great customer service. I also got a shuttle drive and my experience with Sheila was amazing. She is a great driver and made sure my entire experience was comfortable, she is very kind and has great customer service. She made me feel like I was not rushed at all, she came to pick me up exactly when she said she would, and she even helped me load and unload my things.
