“Hello I bought some envelopes at Canada Post Admirals Walk Victoria BC when I was picking up a parcel I had shipped to me VIA CANADA POST SPECIFIC today As Steve was ringing it up, I noticed the price that came up 2.49 was more than the listed price on the shelf ( 2.29) HE HAS A INDIFFERENT ATTITUDE. So he made the adjustment as required, and then I paid and did not get a receipt so I asked for one. On the receipt I got charged $2.49. I said hey can you please correct this he said there was nothing he could do. I had already opened the package but that is regardless as I still needed the envelopes. He said they are not required to do anything. And its all mandated by Canada post. I asked for his supervisor and he said he was the supervisor. Which is untrue. Christine is the supervisor. Have a nice day I am upset that he agreed to change the price, and then still charged me the wrong price. That is not how we should operate as human beings.”
