“Top notch staff!!! I'm going to have to tell you about Eric: New Year's Day and almost everything was closed. Husband's truck broke down on the other side of town, with a result cheap and easy fix. The few stores that were open didn't have what he needed. Eric at Lordco was able to figure out what he needed over the phone, and then drive over and help my husband get on his way! Dealing with our insurance company for a very large non-standard RV windshield that needed to come from the US was far more complex than for a standard car windshield. Darlene supported and streamlined the process by dealing directly with the insurance company. Since we could not continue our trip without a replacement, she convinced the insurance company to speed up their normal bureaucratic process and had us on our way sooner than it otherwise would have been.
