Going into different smoke shops in the past I've found the staff to not really listen to my specifics and I'd walk out having spent money on what seemed like something they were trying to unload not what I was after. These guys knew their stuff and were eager to help. I ended up buying a strain called Penelope, which was exactly what I was after and a small pocket pipe called a "taster box" (which holds your weed as well...very handy). Friendly easy going staff with a relaxed atmosphere, I'll be back when I pass through West Kelowna next time!”

However, after talking to him on the phone and through our email correspondence, my mind was set at ease. He came to my home in Coquitlam to see what I had in mind and provided wonderful recommendations. The whole process was very easy and fast - from my first initial conversation with Matt, everything was done within 1.5 months! When Matt was here doing the actual install - he was very punctual and very thorough! He took his time and did not rush the job to make sure it looked perfect and that we are happy. I am sure the job I had for him (he did not say but we are sure that once he got down to it) was a bit trickier then he had thought when he got down to it!
