  Randy has given our family and our bikes great service over the years!!! and I am finally writing a review!
  He treats every bike, whether old or new, with the utmost respect and care!!! Very impressed with his conscientious workmanship and timely service. (some other bike repair shops won't even look at a bike if it wasn/t purchased from their shop).

  Randy was absolutely killer. I was in from out of town, got me and buddies bike in same day and was a very reasonably priced. I would for sure recommend this spot. Also his cat is super nice.
  
  For a more detailed look, I originally called Randy about a potential repair and after our first call, he called me back and made sure I knew where I was going. First time this had ever happened to me and it really stuck out being that most businesses won't follow up like this.
  
  We got there, and Randy was super welcoming and knowledgable. Left my bike there for the afternoon and it felt good as new when I rode it after pick up.
  
  Definitely recommend this place to anyone in Kelowna. You don't come across businesses like this everyday. More so, you don't come across customer service like this.

  Was able to get our bikes looked at last minute and had them fixed up in a matter of hours. As an out of towner I couldn't recommend this shop enough. Excellent technical knowledge, and overall Randy was pleasant to talk to.

  Randy and Steve are pros. Always helpful and practical when working on my bikes. Fast turn around too. Highly recommend.

  I've been going to Randy for a few years now. And it's been great. He's always willing to help you out big or small. And explain it to you if you want to know. Makes you feel more then just a customer.

  randy was amazing. i tried to take my rocky mountain to another shop and it was a 3-5 week wait to get my rear shock rebuilt, and randy was able to do it within 2 days. i am a member of the red devils mountain bike group and he knew that i would want it for the weekend. i would highly recommend using randy for bike service. 5 stars because amazing customer service and local . i know where i am going to be going when i need my bike fixed, thanks Randy.
