Recently purchased an Ibis Ripmo from Kelowna Cycle and Pat, Dave and the rest of the KC team were just awesome. They built a great bike for me that has enabled some pretty amazing riding these last few weeks. Can't recommend them enough!

This place rocks my socks. I can't say enough good about how the team here went above and beyond for me. When my bike was stolen and I was on the market for a new one through my insurance coverage, I shopped around different bike stores in the area. When I went into Kelowna Cycle, I was greeted by everyone and one lovely gentleman heard my story and set to work to find me a bike I could love as much as my old one. He spent over an hour with me that day measuring and fitting me for the right frame while we chatted. At the end, the final cost was a little higher than my insurance was willing to pay and they crunched the numbers to make it work for me. I picked my bike up the next day and they all remembered me right away despite my initial sales man being off. They all seem like genuinely happy people who are in a line of work that they love. Such friendliness and passion for the sport are what makes this place so incredible! I'll never buy a bike from anywhere else again!

Best service anywhere. I needed a new bike. Was getting back into mountain biking after years of not biking. I got the right bike, right size, and left very happy. David, the sales person, was very patient. I tried out several bikes and finally landed on one we both agreed was the right one. Great bike shop, very highly recommended.

An absolutely amazing bike shop, my bike recently got stolen so I went to Kelowna Cycle to look at new ones. When I walked in I was met with awesome customer service and the guys there helped me to get a great bike within my budget. 5/5 stars, I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a new bike or servicing an old one. the store also has a great selection of accessories and biking gear.
