The Old Spaghetti Factory (Kelowna)

My wife and I were in Kelowna for my friends wedding and we have a 2.5 month old baby we wanted to go somewhere out to eat that was family friendly. Of course, we chose the Good-Ol Spaghetti Factory. The Manager Nathan greeted us at the Front Desk and escorted us to our table we had a reservation and had actually arrived about 15 minutes early but he sat us down right away. Then we had the Manager Recommend the Long Island Iced Teas that were on special (excellent choice)
Our Bread arrived right away! What a great flow in the service seamlessly transitioning between sitting down and ordering. Overall the food was excellent the service was above and beyond especially since we have a newborn. 100% a 10 out of 10 for our Restaurant Experience! Keep it up! We will be back next time we are in town.

Great food with a good price. Pasta selection is incredible and most dishes are all included with bottomless bread, a soup and cup of ice cream after! Staff is always friendly and accommodating. Atmosphere is family friendly and warm.

We went out to eat as I had wanted some spaghetti for a while. I had spaghetti and meat sauce, Gramma had spaghetti and meatballs, and my mom had the French onion soup and a salad. It was all very nice and I'd recommend the food to anyone, but wow this place is busy so don't go for a quiet or intimate time. The service is great, everything is nice, but it is LOUD and packed full. It is very much a family restaurant.

One of the families favourite restaurants to go to. Unbeatable prices - starters, bread, entree, and ice cream all included! Service is always quick and very friendly. Always enjoy coming here. Management is super knowledgeable and accommodating.

Delicious food with good price. Brooklyn was our server and she is excellent. Very friendly, nice and efficient. We loved the service and the dishes. Sour dough bread yummy as usual. :)
