Just used Strong Roots for the first time. We had a very difficult situation where beautiful custom hard wood flooring was badly dented on each nosing. Nobody in town was offering a good solution. Strong Roots came in to save the day. They were able to match the custom stain, sand down the noses and get the staircase very close to what it was for a reasonable cost.

Strong communication throughout the process and great client management skills in general. Would recommend to anyone!

I would like to commend Rick and the crew of Strong Roots Flooring. We called Strong Roots and were provided with an estimate to sand and refinish the entire top floor of our 6200 sq. ft. home plus remove cork flooring from my office and install and match hardwood. We were on vacation and trusted Rick to perform the task at hand and to work through any possible issues. We are 100% happy with the craftsmanship, the pride of workmanship and the effort made by Strong Roots to ensure customer satisfaction. We were happy to find our home clean and the work completed within the timeline as promised. We received updates regarding progress via e-mail and were happy to receive the updates. Love love love our new floors. They are better than I expected. I can't say enough good about them. Rick and all his guys are super nice. They are very busy so it took longer than expected but love the end result.
