Overall pretty good. Great service whenever I take something in. But don't let them put your front license plate on unless you want it crooked. Can't put a license plate on straight to save their life.

She took the time to get to know what exactly I was looking for, and was so kind and understanding of my emotions involved in the process. Then Goldie, in the finance department, helping me understand my options and how best to serve my credit rebuilding goals. And then the manager, Dion, called me directly to discuss the final deal; I was blown away by this team. I hadn't purchased a vehicle in well over a decade, and was nervous. The whole team seemed to recognize this and took extra care to answer my endless questions and make me feel comfortable in my final decision. I never once felt pressured or rushed. There was no sales pitch. This is what people helping people looks like. Highly recommend.
