Nobody should be letting the negative actions of one employee tarnish an entire bushiness' reputation. Growing up in a family bushiness, I am aware of how much damage social media can do to a company. Obviously, Century 21 immediately did the right thing by addressing and terminating the employee. I'm not sure what anyone else expects them to do? Think of how many companies have done way worse, and completely ignore it. People are forgetting that this is other peoples livelihoods they are affecting, making them no better than the one they are mad at. I am a proud Alberta, but by no means is any of this Century 21's fault. Clearly you guys are a caring company, and I apologize this is happening to you.

As a former employee, I feel obligated to leave a review for one of the best work places I've ever had the pleasure of working at.
