We just lucked into working with Lani in April when she was assigned to show us a house we had viewed online and wanted a showing. We liked her immediately and found her to be very professional, helpful, quick to respond to our needs, and very conscientious. She pointed out negatives we had not thought of, and was knowledgeable about areas we needed guidance. When she did not know something, she was quick to admit it, and researched the required information promptly. My boyfriend and I were selling our condos and moving in together. She recommended listing my condo lower than I suggested, and she recommended a higher listing price for my boyfriend’s than he was ready to accept. In both cases she was bang on. My condo sold in less than a month, his in three days.
