    I had car trouble between Vancouver and Kelowna and needed to find a mechanic before heading home to Calgary. By some magical fate we found Merv at KISS Auto. He was able to help us right away, and do the repair within a couple of hours. The best part was how kind he was to us and how transparent he was about the work that needed to be done, how long it would take, and what the costs were. I've never had an auto mechanic treat me like that (especially as a woman). We've been talking about him all day. Thanks for everything Merv. You're the diamond in the rough!
