First time shoppers at Western RV. Jen in sales made sure she showed us what we were looking for and did not try to "talk" us into something else. Very knowledgeable, as well as a very nice person. After we purchased a travel trailer, Mike was there to walk us through the ins and outs of the trailer. Mike was extremely thorough and patient with both myself and my husband. We had a couple of minor issues, however, Mike took care of things immediately and made sure we left the Dealership happy. We did! Thanks to everyone who helped us with this purchase!!

If you want a company who stands behind their products and provides the best customer service possible, then you only deal with Western RV. Vern and Bruce are amazing. We are in our 3rd unit from them and wouldn't go anywhere else. They truly put their customers first.

First class service from Ken and the entire Western Kelowna Team. We really appreciated the unit being ready and as described. Bruce in Parts was really helpful in rigging up the unit and his recommendations were great. Mike did a very thorough PDI walkthrough and explained all functions of the unit (even a couple complimentary jokes). Micheal and Chris in finance backstopped the deal and all went smoothly. Jim and Verne in Service did an excellent job having the accessories installed.

I dealt with Ken, sales manager. Great people to deal with, put a deposit on a used unit pending viewing. Even though it wasn't the right unit for me they were very courteous and getting my deposit back was hassle free.
