(August 2, 2018, 3:55 am)I had a surreal time in the store just the other day! What a great young man you have working at the Kelowna location! Over the top helpful and was friendly as heck! It was the end of the day and I was the last customer. I then went to my car and went to start it, but then noticed I had a flat tire. My cell was dead. So while having a broken wrist and separated shoulder along with a bad knee pondered what to do.. but then the young man who helped me at Road Racks came out to his car and saw the pickle I was in. He ended up changing my tire and putting on my spare. It was 35 degree plus weather and he was sweating like crazy. I offered him my Tim Hortons gift card and $40 but he wouldn’t take my money. He was a strong looking Portuguese man, but he was also my hero. He even let me charge my phone. More people need to be like him. Thanks buddy, I owe you!
(July 24, 2018, 7:52 pm)Great place with HUGE selection of accessories for your vehicle. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and explain how things work and why you need certain parts etc. That being said you know exactly what you bought and why.
Overall i suggest you make this your go to for your all you car and truck accessory needs.
