He is an excellent communicator, cleans up immaculately after his jobs and what I appreciated most is the little things like him asking if I wanted things that I had overlooked completed. For example, I overlooked the filling of some screw holes in my textured ceiling on a job and he reached out to ask if I wanted them done. In my experience, most people wouldn't do this.
