“I don't want anyone to know of this place. It's so peaceful. Large grass area for picnics or soccer, or whatever other play thing you want to do. It has a good little playground for kids and a small basketball court adjacent to that. The grass is green, and so far in my experience, free of needles or other unsanitary things. Some litter, but very minor. All in all, quite happy with this park.”

“Major upgrades to this park in the last year, not the least of which is access through Shepherd road, and all the associated parking. The turf area is established as of 2019, and the children's park component even has snow cleared by parks personnel in the winter. You can now turn off Rutland Road North and park on Roxby and Shepherd, or right beside the park itself, plus the new transit bus station is only a block away and is wheelchair and stroller friendly.”

“Such a great park. Also has 4 baseball diamonds and 2 tennis courts. 2 toddler swings and 2 regular swings. Public washroom. During baseball season it seems there is also a concession stand. Actually wait what am I doing...I don't want this park to get popular... Forget everything I said. This park is horrible and no one (but us) should go there. ????”
