I have to admit, I was a little skeptical using PropertyGuys, I figured I would give them a shot being a big national name. We had heard a rumour that once listed they would disappear and we would be on our own but that was not the case at all! Right out the gate I was impressed, Nicole even answered the phone well after office hours when she was putting her kids to bed and walked me through the offer process. I am very impressed by property guys and will continue to sell all my properties with them.

We interviewed a lot of agents within our community and are so glad that we decided to meet with the Property Guys. They provided everything an agent would and so much more! Our property was a unique one to sell but they marketed it beautifully and we sold after 64 days on the market.
