“I worked with Sara for three sessions, hoping primarily to alleviate a long standing health issue. The experience has been transformative in so many ways, addressing unresolved, deep-seated beliefs that were formed when I was a child and have been negatively affecting my life ever since. Sara was calm and gentle in her approach, yet very adept at helping me identify issues, reach back to uncomfortable memories and reframe them so that they no longer have power over me today. I will continue to use the recordings as I feel they have an ongoing positive affect on my day-to-day life. I have just retired with almost no fear about my future security and even excitement for what the future holds. I have begun a painting course, plan to volunteer with kids and seniors, have begun physically challenging myself with outrigger canoeing, and have done these things without the fear and doubt that once plagued me.
