(January 8, 2019, 8:38 pm)Our go-to place for our dog's dry food. Still trying to get that free bag. Thought it used to be buy 10 bags get 1 free, but just found out they have to be of same exact brand and bag size, and now it's 13? One day we'll get it. Good way to keep us returning. They have a dog wash facility for bigger dogs. Staff is really friendly and they have good return policy if your pup doesn't like the food. Best franchise pet shop in West Kelowna.
(October 6, 2018, 11:30 pm)Great pet store. Staff are very helpful, friendly, and knowledgable. Dog bath is great and provides shampoo, conditioner, grooming tools, towels and treats for $10. If you purchase dog food from the them, they track your bags and you get a free bag after 10 or 11 purchases.
(October 3, 2018, 3:12 pm)Good location and service. Mostly just go to wash and groom my berners and get some treats. The baths are set up well, water pressure could be better. Bath is always open or maybe a 1 dog wait the odd time. Sometimes the shampoos and conditioners seem watered down. Good place overall.
