“I get my dog food here, I have also purchased various dog toys and accessories used for entertaining and cleaning up after dogs. I have noticed they also sell other things used for feeding and entertaining other animals ranging in size from small to large. My son likes visiting with the 2 parrots they have in the store. The store is always very clean. I find the owners and their staff very knowledgable and friendly and answer any questions I might have to my satisfaction. Its just a great down home locally owned shop owned and staffed by great down home local people!”

Thought it used to be buy 10 bags get 1 free, but just found out they have to be of same exact brand and bag size, and now it's 13? One day we'll get it. Good way to keep us returning. They have a dog wash facility for bigger dogs. Staff is really friendly and they have good return policy if your pup doesn't like the food. Best franchise pet shop in West Kelowna.”
