Booked truck weeks in advance. Showed up to get it, not there and never came back.Had to use a way smaller truck. Then got told truck had to be back by 9am the next day or I would be charged. So wrong truck and couldn't even keep it for 24hrs even though I booked it for that. Was supposed to get a credit and never did. Glad I played tetris as a kid.
Tried to call customer service 3 time. Sat on hold for 20mins then gave up everytime.
But the guys at the store are great.

Friendly, helpful staff who are easy to deal with and clean facilities. Truck drop off was smooth and fast and pleased with storage size and pricing
