The staff here genuinely care about the customers and do whatever they can to accomodate their individual needs. It's sure nice to know there are still places in town with people who actually care so much. Thanks for everything !
(September 1, 2018, 6:50 pm)Honestly the best customer service ive ever had in all of kelowna! I had called every storage place in the kelowna area,and some rates we outrageous! And most places had a waiting list! Westbank self storage seriously had the best prices! And he was not only accommodating but so pleasant to deal with!
