Family Tree Riverside RV & Campground

This campground is in between the highway and a slow river, just a couple of minutes' drive from the main highways junction. Highlights are the very nice and accommodating owner and pleasant grassy landscaping, as well as a basic but decent playground area for kids. 15A power hookup and clean water hookup were at our site. All the kids were asked to leave playground at 9pm (it got dark around then anyway) and it was reasonably quiet for the location. Standard firepit. I think the showers were closed (due to COVID?) but the washroom/toilets was okay. There is plenty of space so it was not crowded when we were there but if it was full up or busier it might be crowded, like any campground.

Excellent campsite very close to downtown Sicamous! We stayed for 5 nights in total and found the owners to be incredibly welcoming and accommodating. The check-in process was quick and seamless with signage clearly explaining everything from start to finish at the entrance. The facilities were always clean and well kept. As for the location, you couldn't get much closer to the town center and the Mara/Shuswap lakes. I would 100% recommend this campsite and we will be visiting again soon!
