“Absolutley amazing glimpse into the local area history! Cant believe we have driven by this place so many times over the years without stopping. Our 7 & 10 year old children were fully immersed in exploring the features of the ghost town for more than 2 hours! At about $40 for a family of four in admission fees (including a miniature train ride which is well worth the $2/adult & $1/child) this is a must visit if you have the time. We only had time for the ghost town & train ride. There looked to be other shops and perhaps more to do here. Next time!”

“The ghost town is absolutely a hidden gem!!! A must stop for everyone who loves history. So much to see. Can’t believe how much time and money the Bell family poured into this place. The roundhouse is amazing. The kids had a blast riding on the trains. We ended up staying at the hotel too and it was so fun for our littles. Would definitely come back again! Highly recommended to check out this place.”

“Excellent place for a group to stay at, we rented for our snowboard trip in 2018. Fantastic location, apart from the merge from driveway onto the highway, which is a little bit of a nail-biter. Very accommodating hostess, super experience. 👌”

“WARNING - BATHROOMS CLOSED DUE TO COVID - it doesn't show anywhere in the public areas of their website. Aside from that hitch, we had a great stay here (well, there was other trouble, but it had nothing to do with the site!) Variety of site sizes, and varying degrees of privacy, but on the whole pretty good. Site are rented through individual owners, and Monique with Site 121 is a great person! Two playgrounds, and the older one is super unique, my kids loved it.”

“Amazing site, friendly staff, best price in town! They have firewood you can purchase, however there is lots of wood to choose from on the ground! Loved it so much here we stayed put instead of moving around like we planned 😁😍 Also, there is decent cell reception here, there's a fire pit and picnic table in every site, and I've been told it's never full so you're pretty much guaranteed a spot. Another plus here is the tiny chipmunks offer a bit of comedy, got me smiling every day! Keep your phone on you when you walk around the camp site because you might miss a cute pic of them like I did ☹️ I give it 5 stars and 5 ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ I would stay here again guaranteed!”

“This campground is in between the highway and a slow river, just a couple of minutes' drive from the main highways junction. Highlights are the very nice and accommodating owner and pleasant grassy landscaping, as well as a basic but decent playground area for kids. 15A power hookup and clean water hookup were at our site. All the kids were asked to leave playground at 9pm (it got dark around then anyway) and it was reasonably quiet for the location. Standard firepit. I think the showers were closed (due to COVID?) but the washroom/toilets was okay. There is plenty of space so it was not crowded when we were there but if it was full up or busier it might be crowded, like any campground.”

“I have been a guest at owl head creek B &B many times. I have always felt that it is a special, pure ,and magical place. I am here right now and this time is a bit different. Every thing is still as special... but it’s evolved for me. For the first time in my life I feel self acceptance and not only that, self love. There are 3 reasons... 1 the magic of this B&B and Deb and Bruce Ritchie. Owl 🦉 head creek is where you go to first find your soul and secondly to love and accept your soul. Every one should visit. it is a a life altering, healing, and beautiful place. With the most wonderful owners!! Who, I now call , not just friends, but family. Thank you so much Deb, Bruce and Owl Head Creek . All of my love ... Laura”
