My father passed in October and Bowers was there for us every step of the way. David was so patient and professional. He helped my family so much through the process and we are so grateful. Sarah and Ashley were also so lovely to work with and they were so kind to my mom through each step. Thank you for everything!

Kind. Professional. Gracious. Nothing but good things to say about our experience. They took our call in the middle of the night and arrived professionally and tactfully. Ashley in the front office was very capable, warm, accommodating and unflappable. She said it truly was an honour to be of service to families in their time of need and every action she took indicated it to be true. She was great resource and always willing to return calls or emails personally. We felt our loved one was in good hands and treated with the utmost respect. They made a difficult situation as pain-free as it could be.

Sad times, and confusing times. Dad passed and Kevin and Team @ Bowers stepped in and assisted our Family every step of the way. Many options, he took the time to clearly explain (a few times actually), patient every time. Jack (the owner) ensured we were well taken care of. Made a rough time understandable.

Bowers was extremely kind and patient with me when my father passed. I didn't know what I was supposed to do and they helped me through all of it from getting the cremations paid for and also getting me a necklace pendant with his thumbprint on it so I would have a piece of him with me still. They also took a bit of his ashes out of the urn for me to spread when I was ready. They go above and beyond to help you in the hardest time of your life. My family also attended a ceremony to light a candle for our loved one and it was beautiful. Thank you bowers!
