Comfort Inn & Suites

One of the best hotels I've stayed at in this price range. Everything is a bit on the lower end, shower heads could be better, bets have a little sag. However everything has a level of cleanliness and professionalism that is something to be proud of.

I've been traveling a lot for work during Covid. I've stayed in at least 10 hotels since the start and felt totally safe here. Guests are spaced far apart, I don't think I saw a single other guest during my stay. And the room was extremely quiet. I think I found my go-to hotel when I stay in Salmon Arm.

See the comfortable bed. Sleep well in it. Like a second home. Then like it on FB. Warm, friendly staff who really cater to your every need and know how to keep out the riff raff!

I travel a lot, my room here was the cleanest I have ever seen at a hotel. The people that work here are so friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here every time I come to Salmon Arm. ?

Front desk gal was friendly and efficient. Told us the next morning would be the hotel's first to provide a hot breakfast since COVID arrived. And that breakfast was very good.
Room was good . . Only complaint was having to replace the heavy duvets on the beds (that make a person way too hot for sleeping) with blankets. But no problem supplying the blankets. Beds were good. So was the shower. And the TV.
I don't know why this hotel is rated as 2-star . . It's at least as classy as the one we stayed at in Coquitlam rated 4-star.

Perfectly clean! Thank you. Check in was great. She offered a managers special, we asked if they would price match a certain website and she said no but go ahead and book if you can get it for that in Can $, so just be careful. Well, she was right. We booked in at the special which was still a good price! Our room was so clean and neat and beautiful. Front desk suggested a great pub for supper, thanks again! Cleaning lady this morning was also pleasant and wished us safe travels.
