I worked out here over the Christmas period. I'm from out of town. The facility had what I needed, although the equipment was dated. The staff was friendly and professional. However, the owner needs an attitude adjustment.

Tons of gym equipment, clean surroundings, plenty of parking, organized classes for those who like to be organized, available trainers and personable reception staff.

Dropped in for a day pass from out of town. Friendly front desk. Great service. Really nice large space with tons of equipment. This place is a breath of fresh air compared to the cookie cutter gym chains. Feels like an old school gym without the meatheats and that’s a very good thing.
