“Been shopping at village grocers for 20 plus years. Long before the new store opened. We moved away from Blind Bay 3 yrs ago to Scotch Creek. I still shop at This store even though it's a good half hours drive. I've been very impressed with how the owner and staff have dealt with Covid . I feel safe in the store. Also am very impressed with the on line shopping. I always get top notch produce and a phone call if something is on sale or cheaper with a different brand. I have my family shop at this store when they come to visit from out of town . Keep up the great work. I'm very proud of this store and all the staff”

“Askews is an Okanagan gem, and a surprisingly heavy hitter in the grocery game in their area. They’ve got tons more selection packed into a smaller footprint than you’d expect, and the staff are great. The new Salmon Arm uptown location is practically a work of art just in the building scheme, plus the above mentioned selection and good staff. I know some hardcore Askews-only shoppers, and I get it! If I lived in a town they were in, I think this would be my go-to place as well 👍🏻”

“This is a nice little market I find the prices are fair, the staff is very welcoming and knowledgeable of product. I'm usually going here for bread or sour cream, just something I don't want to run all the way into town for. They have fresh baked bread and buns, I'm not sure how many times a week the baker comes in. But everything is amazing!”
