Gillian is a very experienced, gifted and grounded professional. She takes her time to know her clients needs and brings her extensive personal and academic knowledge to each session. Combined with her passion for living an active life, she has the dedication and skills to ensure her clients find their way back to the level of function that best supports their lifestyle. Sessions with Gillian are easy, informative, supportive and extremely effective!!

When I saw Gillian for a foot injury, she really took the time to figure out what was going on with it. She was knowledgeable and passionate and I felt like I was in good hands.

I also follow her page on Facebook and enjoy seeing her posts about staying active. Her fitness passion is inspiring without being preachy, and although she's a high level athlete, she has a way of encouraging health in your own life that doesn't feel overwhelming or judgemental. Just simple.

I highly recommend Gillian, not only for her expertise, but for the genuine and caring person that she is!
