I popped in hoping to see Dr. Dowe on Monday, 1st day of the frame sale. I could see the staff were overwhelmed with customers, but I was still treated promptly professionally and with empathy. I was surprised when I was told I would be able to see the doctor, but could I come back in an hour hour and a half. I saw Dr. Dowe, and he was able to come up with a diagnosis a treatment plan, and assured me I was going to be OK. The team at this clinic embrace professionalism while still be compassionate, respectful and friendly! Wouldn’t think of going anywhere else

I poped in today to see if they could fix my broken nib end of the eyeglasses arm.
And poof in a few minutes. She glued it back on.
Now I can use them unti my next eye exam comes with new glasses in future.

I love this place! Enormous frame selection, and friendly helpful service from all staff. There is nothing that Marita does not know about matching the right frame to a face, and what beautiful frames for all tastes and budgets! Dr Dowe explains in simple English so I understand what's going on with my eyes. Everyone is so professional and just plain nice! I've been going there for over 10 years and it's always a pleasant experience. They deal with top quality lens manufacturers and guarantee satisfaction with replacement or refund. These guys are good!
