Doug was very thorough and prompt with quoting on my projects for installing a ductless mini-split 2-head system and a Marathon hot water tank. As I did not want a large heating/AC unit above my bed, he recommended an under window unit which is unobtrusive.

The installation crew arrived on time, worked while I was away at work and left my home locked and the site was totally cleaned.

Courtenay in the office handled my financing application smoothly and even looked after registering my new heat pump system for the warranty.
