(May 17, 2019, 7:31 pm)There are two main aspects to having a house built: the house itself and the landscaping around the house. Benco builds an excellent house, but is only so-so with landscaping. Many home owners around Crown isle correctly give rave reviews of their homes, but after a year or two they have to solve problems like poor drainage (which inhibits lush lawns). And getting the owner to help with the fix is an uphill battle.
If I get some help from the builder (he gets quite busy) , I'll report back.
