Rob is the best IT expert I've ever worked with. He is knowledgeable, helpful, innovative and responsive. He takes computer challenges and makes the fixes look easy. He efficiently remotes in to my device for most issues, but also does 'house calls' when necessary. Plus, he's a really interesting guy to talk to, so we share a lot of laughs.
