Costco Vision Center

This morning I came to the Eye Centre and was helped by a wonderful lady named Heather She was so lovely and patient, with myself and other customers, and even though it was hectic and busy, she remained calm and professional. I am super pleased with the glasses she helped me pick out and the wonderful level of service I received. Thank you Heather!!

Great experience. Everyone we dealt with was knowledgeable, friendly and went the extra mile. I had recently purchased glasses from IRIS (don’t ever go there) and they just never fit or worked properly. I’d been struggling for months with a new pair of terrible glasses. The staff at Costco helped maintain the poor glasses that I had from IRIS while I waited for my new ones from Costco. The glasses from Costco are fantastic. The progressives work well and the frames fit perfectly. I highly recommend this optical service and will use them again.

I was a bit sceptical when we first came in.... but we'll never buy our glasses anywhere else now. Amy was extremely thorough in fitting my new sunglasses and they were a perfect fit from day 1. Then I was having trouble with the progressive lens positioning, no problem, they were remade. Tonight I took in my Oakley overpriced things from another shop. I'd stepped on them and really squashed them. Diane quickly and effectively fixed them and wouldn't accept payment. Thanks ladies!

Doctor was friendly, a wee bit fast and seemed overworked, but overall great staff. :) Very pleasant!
