I took my truck there to have my cooling system repaired. After 3 attempts I gave up, but I decided to give them a call to see if they would be willing to fix it with the right part. Even though I waited to long, Nick said he would take care of it and they did. Also, a shout out to the cleaning crew. I was pleasantly surprised to see they cleaned my truck and the mats look like new!!

Thank you to Courtenay Nissan! Especially Julia D. She was absolutely amazing and even texted me throughout the process with updates. She took an impossible situation and made it work. Went above and beyond to help me find a vehicle that would work for my family and budget. I cannot thank her enough! Thank you to Sar for answering my questions even after bringing the vehicle home. 10/10 wonderful experience.

I went to Courtenay Nissan's service department today when the front bumper of my car separated partially from the car frame after getting stuck in a curb stop.
I was helped by Ali Masoudi, a service advisor, and along with the help of a service technician and a short wait, my car was put back together in no time - at no charge except for the cost of a small part on order to complete the fix.
I am grateful for the service I received from Ali and his colleague, as I have been in the past, along with support from Nick Ramage, the service manager.

Really quite excellent service. We went there to see one vehicle and ended up buying another. The sales staff were professional and attentive and made the experience relatively smooth and painless. Jason (salesman) and Matt (sales manager) worked hard to make it happen and we are very happy with our purchase.
