I recently had an issue with one of the vending machines on the security side of the airport near the washrooms which is managed by Baker Street Cafe.
For some reason due to a technical glitch, one of the credit card machines was charging in US dollars.
I contacted the airport who contacted Kevin and it was resolved within an hour - Kevin is arranging for a refund and the suspect machine has been fixed.
Kudos for great customer service.
I'm still disappointed that the Baker Street Cafe is not open when all the flights are running. I can understand the need to shut down when it is not profitable - but if we can ALL do our part and support this business while we're waiting to pick up someone, or while we are waiting for a flight, then he might have a reason to stay open longer hours and a full 7 days a week.
Please note the reduced hours as noted in the photographs and have a dinner before you arrive for the late evening flights.
