If you're in Fernie and don't stop here for some fresh pastries you're missing out on one of the highlights. Wonderful selection and super delicious. Very friendly staff behind the counter and a lovely spot to sit and enjoy your snack.
This bakery is delicious! Flaky, savoury options and dense sweet options. Something for everyone. Such cute options too! The little bear sweet is not only adorable but so tasty! There is a nice picnic table outside and a fun photo opp too! Definitely worth checking out
If you're in Fernie, you should go here. It's a little hard to find - it looks like a house on a side street. Friendly ownership/help that was very patient with us.
Their cookies and pastries were excellent. Their bread was great, but it only lasted a couple of days, so eat fast. The flan was different but good. The meat sticks were also interesting - a strong flavor, dry and tough - but good if you like that kind of thing.
Delicious local bakery! We stopped by on a Saturday as we were driving through Fernie. Unfortunately we were too late for croissants or baguettes but we did grab some tarts and eclairs. Loved their prepackaged mini canelés - perfectly soft and tender.
Pleasant staff, delicious pastries in the heart of downtown Fernie. It has a real homemade feel. No hipster nonsense. Just authentic quality and flavour. You can tell by the lamination of their pastries. Very crisp on the outside with lots of air pockets inside for a light texture. The croissant was just a touch overcooked, a bit of bitterness. But otherwise it was close to perfection for me. Lots of take home goodies too.
