Their Udon is wow and so is everything else I’ve tried. So glad this wonderful sushi place exists in the valley! High quality ingredients, very well done.

Amazing food, excellent service. This will be a regular stop for us for sure! Idk how we haven’t seen it before! So delicious,😋 everything that we tried!

Our waitress Alex always remembers us and makes us feel very welcome. She is attentive and checks in just the right amount of times. The service here is impeccable.

One of my kids doesn’t generally like sushi, but she is obsessed with this restaurant. My son also gives it five stars. I’m always impressed with the quality of the food and their daily features. The food is always super flavourful.

Fubuki Sushi is always such a pleasure. So many options that are vegetarian or easily made vegan, and the food is always phenomenal. Definitely a top tier restaurant, can be on the pricey side but totally worth the treat! Great for special occasions

Had a nice lunch here. The tempura was done well. The tempura onion was particularly good. The chicken katsu bowl was pretty good with an interesting blend of flavors. Same with the rice bowl. We just had the cucumber roll for sushi and that was decent. Friendly staff
