The Dilly Food Truck

Intense good. Just stopped in with our family of 6 after the kids saw the pickle photo prop. Shared 3 menu items, and it was plenty - had leftovers. Serious flavour experience, fun atmosphere with games, and friendly service. 10/10 would recommend! 👌

Possibly the best part of our trip Panorama - this food truck takes it to the next level. We stopped in on our first day of vacation and came back multiple times... Including calling in an order for lunch for 20 people. The service was amazing, the food and drinks were even better. A must go!

Sesame Falafel Sando was soooo delicious (best tasting falafel, arugula, sesame aioli, afjar sauce, pickled red onion on grilled potato sourdough)! The Yamwich (roasted yam, cream cheese, Monterey Jack, almond chipotle, sautéed spinach on grilled sourdough) was equally delish! The handmade seasoned chips were yummmm and so was the spicy dill pickle. Saving the bottle of Dilly sauce for my baby girl back home in Seattle 🥰. What an excellent, perfect takeout for trip to Banf NP!!!

YUM! A bit addicted to the fo'jitos, and the food is amazing too! I've heard so many good things about The Dilly and they did not disappoint. Thank you for adding some vegan options! It is greatly appreciated and needed in Invermere.

Make sure you're hungry! These sandwiches were loaded and so so good, and the pickles 🤤. The staff were so nice and the food was made quickly. I can't wait to come back and try something else!
